I use a ton of cooking gadgets. It is sort of a problem. However all of these gadgets help me get amazing food (not always though) on the table and do it quickly and easily.

Some of my favorite gadgets for cooking are my Anova immersion circulator and my Instant Pot aka "Instapot" as the kids call it. These are my go to gadgets for quick and easy meals.
A while back I got hooked on Sous Vide cooking. As soon as they came out with the Anova I picked it up. I have done tons of dishes with it and absolutely love it. One of my favorite dishes is Sous Vide PicanhaSous Vide Picanha, bring a bit of Brazil home., finished on the grill. It's probably the best steak I could ask for. I ABSOLUTELY love it. Sous vide makes it so I can get perfect medium rare and finishing them on the charcoal grill adds that wonderful crust.

The next thing I rely heavily on is my "Instapot". I legitimately thought that was what it was called because that is what all the kids seem to call it. In fact it is called the Instant Pot.
