    • Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce

    Instructions

    Smoke the Peaches

    • Preheat the Ninja Woodfire to Smoke at 200°F (93°C) .
    • Place the Peach Halves cut side up directly on the grill grate.
    • Smoke for 1 hour until softened and lightly smoky.
    • Remove the peaches and allow them to cool slightly.
    • Peel the peaches, dice them, and reserve for the sauce.

    Prepare the Ribs

    • Trim the Pork Spare Ribs by removing any excess meat that is not part of the rack.
    • Score the membrane if desired.
    • Slice the rack into individual ribs.
    • Season all sides with your favorite Barbecue Rub.
    • Place the ribs into an Aluminum Pan and refrigerate for about 1 hour while the peaches smoke.

    Smoke the Ribs

    • Arrange the seasoned ribs on the Ninja Woodfire grill grate, stacking as needed.
    • Set the Ninja Woodfire to Smoker at 250°F (121°C).
    • Smoke until the ribs reach approximately 165°F internal temperature, checking about every hour.
    • Make the Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce
    • Melt the Butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
    • Add the White Onion and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until softened.
    • Add the Garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
    • Stir in the Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Granulated Onion, Granulated Garlic, White Pepper, Kosher Salt, and MSG.
    • Add a little Peach Nectar to help dissolve the sugar.
    • Stir in the Smoked Peaches, remaining Peach Nectar, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Ketchup.
    • Simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
    • Blend until completely smooth using an immersion blender or countertop blender.
    • Taste and adjust with additional Brown Sugar for sweetness or Apple Cider Vinegar for extra tang, if desired.

    Braise the Ribs

    • Using the same Aluminum Pan, add the Butter.
    • Coat the ribs with the Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce.
    • Pour a little Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce into the bottom of the pan along with a little Peach Juice.
    • Arrange the ribs tightly together and cover with foil.
    • Increase the Ninja Woodfire temperature to 275°F (135°C).
    • Cook for about 1 hour, or until the ribs reach approximately 209°F (98°C) and are very tender.

    • For additional color and texture, place the finished ribs in the Air Fryer at 400°F (204°C) for a few minutes before serving.

    Notes

Party Ribs cook faster because each rib is separated before cooking.
Smoking the Peaches first adds a subtle smoky flavor to the barbecue sauce.
The finished barbecue sauce is tangy, slightly sweet, and pairs perfectly with pork.

Why Ninja Woodfire Party Ribs Are So Much Fun

One of the biggest reasons these Ninja Woodfire Party Ribs stand out is the way the ribs are prepared. Instead of leaving the rack whole, each rib is cut apart before cooking. That simple change creates more room for smoke to reach every piece while also giving each rib plenty of opportunity to soak up barbecue rub and sauce.

As a result, every rib becomes its own perfectly glazed serving. There is no fighting over the end pieces because every piece has plenty of bark, seasoning, and barbecue sauce. It is an approach that feels different from traditional ribs while still delivering everything people love about barbecue.

Another fun part of this cook is that it is a great excuse to break out a sharp chef knife. Testing the knife on peaches, onions, garlic, and ribs throughout the cook showed just how versatile a large chef knife can be. It handled everything from delicate fruit to cartilage with ease while remaining comfortable to use.

The Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce Makes These Ninja Woodfire Party Ribs Unique

The real star of these Ninja Woodfire Party Ribs is the smoked peach barbecue sauce. Instead of simply mixing ingredients together, the peaches spend time in the smoker first, allowing them to develop a light smoky flavor before becoming part of the finished sauce.

That extra layer of smoke helps the peaches complement the barbecue instead of simply making the sauce taste sweet. The finished sauce combines smoked peaches with ketchup, peach nectar, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, butter, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, granulated onion, granulated garlic, MSG, kosher salt, and white pepper. Everything comes together into a smooth sauce that is both tangy and slightly sweet.

One of the nicest parts of making your own barbecue sauce is how approachable it really is. It sounds impressive when you tell someone you made homemade barbecue sauce, yet the process itself is surprisingly simple. Once everything has simmered together and been blended smooth, the final flavor can be balanced exactly the way you like by adjusting the sweetness with brown sugar or adding a little more tang with apple cider vinegar.

That homemade sauce becomes the perfect match for the ribs because every individual rib gets coated with plenty of it before finishing the cook.

Great Flavor From Every Single Rib

Because the ribs are separated before cooking, every piece develops its own personality. More exposed meat means more seasoning, more smoke, and more barbecue sauce. That is one of the biggest advantages of making party ribs instead of cooking an entire rack.

The smoked peach barbecue sauce adds another layer of flavor that keeps each bite interesting. The peaches bring sweetness while the vinegar adds brightness. Meanwhile, the smoked paprika and white pepper round everything out without overpowering the pork.

According to the taste test, the finished ribs have a wonderful tangy flavor with just enough sweetness to balance everything. There is also a little bit of heat coming from the barbecue rub and the white pepper in the sauce, although it is mild enough that just about anyone should enjoy it.

The texture is just as impressive. These ribs are incredibly tender, producing the kind of clean bone that fans of fall off the bone ribs love to see.

    A Great Recipe For Sharing

There is something naturally fun about serving party ribs. Since every rib is already separated, guests can simply grab one and enjoy it without needing to slice a rack apart first. That makes them perfect for backyard gatherings, family dinners, or game day meals.

The homemade smoked peach barbecue sauce also gives the meal something memorable that people are not expecting. It combines familiar barbecue flavors with smoked peaches to create something that feels both comforting and different at the same time.

If you enjoy cooking on the Ninja Woodfire, this recipe is another great example of how versatile the cooker can be. It handles smoking the peaches, cooking the ribs, and bringing everything together into one complete barbecue meal.

Whether you are looking for a quicker way to enjoy ribs or simply want to try a homemade barbecue sauce with a unique twist, these Ninja Woodfire Party Ribs deliver plenty of smoky flavor, tender meat, and a barbecue sauce that deserves to become a regular part of your backyard cooking rotation.
