- 1 CUP Unsalted Butter softened
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Sage
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
- 2 tablespoon Garlic MINCED
- 1 teaspoon Salt TO TASTE
For the Potatoes
- 3 LBS Potatoes chopped
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil or garlic infused olive oil
- 1 TBSP Salt To Taste
Instructions
Prepare the Picanha
- Trim the fat cap slightly to make it more manageable, leaving some fat for flavor. Butterfly the picanha open like a book without cutting all the way through. Season the inside generously with kosher salt on both sides and set aside while you prepare the butter.
