    • 1 Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Griddle Plate
    • 1 Bag of Pellets
    • 1 Pizza Peel

    Ingredients

    • 1 Ball Pizza Dough
    • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
    • 1 Cup Shredded Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
    • 2 tablespoon Parmagiano Regianno Grated Cheese
    • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

    Instructions

    • Load the Ninja with your favorite pellets.
    • Set the Ninja to Aircrisp 450F or 232C and make sure you turn on the woodfire button.
    • Let the Ninja heat-soak for at least 30 minutes.
    • Right before you make your pizza set the Ninja to the Grill High setting.
    • Make your pizza and brush the crust with olive oil.
    • Switch the Ninja back to the air crisp setting, and make sure the woodfire button is on. You can skip the preheat settings by holding the start button down for 3 seconds.

This pizza recipe was excellent! I added pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, and used fresh mozzarella.
