Pizza on the Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL
Equipment
- 1 Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL
- 1 Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Griddle Plate
- 1 Bag of Pellets
- 1 Pizza Peel
Ingredients
- 1 Ball Pizza Dough
- 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Parmagiano Regianno Grated Cheese
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Instructions
- Load the Ninja with your favorite pellets.
- Set the Ninja to Aircrisp 450F or 232C and make sure you turn on the woodfire button.
- Let the Ninja heat-soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Right before you make your pizza set the Ninja to the Grill High setting.
- Make your pizza and brush the crust with olive oil.
- Switch the Ninja back to the air crisp setting, and make sure the woodfire button is on. You can skip the preheat settings by holding the start button down for 3 seconds.
- Put your pizza on the flat top and cook for 3-8 minutes. Check it at 2.5 minutes and 5 minutes. You are looking for melted bubbly cheese and no burning on the crust.

This pizza recipe was excellent! I added pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, and used fresh mozzarella.
