Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Faucet
Materials
- 4 Sheets Paper Towels
Instructions
- Get 4 sheets of Paper Towels.
- Take the 4 sheets of paper towels and run them under the faucet.
- Squeeze the wet paper towels until they are only damp.
- Flatten out the damp paper towels and place them on the counter where you will put your cutting board.
- Place the cutting board on top of the damp paper towels and press down hard.
- Enjoy a stable cutting surface.
