Garlic Fried Rice Filipino Style- The best rice there is so easy with this recipe and video!

This recipe for Filipino garlic fried rice is THE BEST RICE EVER in my opinion. Go ahead and fight me.  It is fast and easy to make and goes well with everything.

Why eat basic white rice when you can have this. This is one of my favorite side dishes to make and we eat this all the time. I really like this for breakfast to go with spam and a fried egg. You fry the egg so that the yolk stays runny and then mix it up with the rice and it is AMAZING! The beauty of this dish is it is so easy to make and it gives you a great use for left over white rice. If you don't have any green onions don't worry. The rice tastes just as good without them.

    Don't use fresh cooked rice.

The most important part of this recipe is to not use fresh cooked rice. This is true for most fried rice recipes. If the rice is fresh cooked and warm it gets overcooked when trying to fry it and it turns to mush. Cook your rice the way you normally would, I do my rice in the instant pot. Once it is cooked put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, or even days later you are ready to fry some rice.

Garlic Fried Rice for every meal.

When I say it goes with everything I mean it. When it comes to lunch or dinner whip up some Filipino Chicken Adobo using my Instant Pot recipe and you are sure to be happy. I even like to eat this fried rice with my grilled steaks!
