Woodfire Oklahoma Onion Burger

- Ninja Woodfire Grill
- Mandolin or sharp knife

- Metal Bowl
- High heat gloves

- 2 medium-sized yellow or white onions thinly sliced
- 4 Soft brioche buns
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- 12 dill pickle chips
