Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill to 390°F (199°C) on the air crisp setting.
  • Season the chicken drumsticks with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Air fry the chicken drumsticks for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Increase the heat to 450°F (232°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Make sure the chicken is cooked to at least 165°F (73°C)

Make the Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Mix sour cream, Japanese mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, pepper, blue cheese crumbles, and parsley for the blue cheese dressing.

Make the Buffalo Sauce

  • Combine melted butter and hot sauce for the buffalo sauce.

Serve & Enjoy
