Instructions
Wash the fresh cranberries and remove any "bad" ones. This would include soft or discolored ones.
Place all of the ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir.
Put the lid on the instant pot and set the toggle for sealing.
Set the unit to Manual and 5 minutes.
Once the instant pot beeps you can do a quick release.
Remove and refrigerate overnight.
