Put all of the chicken in the instant pot and season it with the garlic powder, Onion Powder, Basil, Oregano, Sea Salt & Black Pepper. There are no measurements, just dust it so it has a nice coating all over the chicken.
Add the can of San Marzano Tomatoes, chicken broth & minced garlic. Add 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon Oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 tablespoon sea salt & stir.
Put the lid on the instant pot and cook on manual for 10 minutes & do a 10 minute natural release.
Remove the chicken and set it aside. Pour the liquid into a separate bowl.
Place the chicken in your air fryer skin side up and spray it with the vegetable oil. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken and air fry it for 5 minutes at 400 or until golden brown.
Serve over pasta with ricotta cheese if you like!
